SERRAN STELLA IKEDIASHI
President
Serran Stella Ikediashi was born into the family of late Engr. Benedict Eboka of Umuonaje quarters, Asaba, Delta State and late Mrs Adanda Inko-Tariah of Buguma, Rivers State.
She attended Convent Primary School, Asaba, Mary Mount College, Agbor and College of Education, Benin City. She later obtained a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Lagos.
After her National Youth Service Corps programme in Kano, she commenced her career as a Business Development Manager in the Telecommunications Industry. Thereafter she founded Unique Tolla Ltd in 2006, where she is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer. She is also a major distributor for Yusol International Foods popularly know as Ola-Ola in Nigeria.
Serran Ikediashi as a charter member of Serra Club of Maryland, has served the club as the Vice President – Programmes (2010 – 2012), Vice President – Membership (2012 -2014) and Vice President – Vocations (2020-2022). She is also an active member of St. Vincent de Paul, Legion of Mary and Catholic Women Organisation all of St Agnes Parish, Maryland, Lagos.
She is the widow of late Engr. Frank Ikediashi and blessed with five lovely children.
SERRAN ODIASE AIRIAVBERE
President-Elect
Serran Odiase Airiavbere had his early education at Agbor Model Primary School and Ika Grammar School, Agbor, Delta State. Thereafter, he proceeded for his university education where he obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State in 2003 and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State in 2014.
He is a Network Transport Specialist in the telecommunications sector with over a decade working experience from multinational telco companies.
His interest in the vocations of the priestly and religious lives led him to Serra Club of Maryland in May 2017. On the 5th of May 2018 at the 6th Serra International District 130-B Convention held in Ikorodu, Lagos, he was formally inducted.
Serran Odiase has stood out in the club given his candor, dedication and “get it done” attitude to service at various committees and ad hoc committees. He has served the club as Secretary (2018 – 2020), Vice President – Membership (2020 – 2022) and 2022 Committee Chairman for the Dinner with Priests and Religious annual event.
SERRAN JUDITH ONOWIGHOSE
Vice President (Programmes)
Serran Judith Ufuoma Onowighose was born in Warri, Delta State to the family of Dr. & Mrs. J.S Bamwa.
She had her primary and secondary school education in Delta State before proceeding to the University of Benin for her Bachelor’s degree programme.
Thereafter, she sojourned further into the academic world for her second degree from the University of Lagos, where she bagged a Master’s degree in Public Administration.
Having acquired knowledge for herself, she felt like imparting knowledge to others. So, she embarked on acquiring trainings on how to impart knowledge.
She emerged as a certified teacher, which has enabled her to work in several schools. She currently works with Temple School as the Deputy Head of Academics and still a teacher.
Serran Judith, as she is fondly called, is a devout Catholic and a member of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal Society of Nigeria, alongside Serra Club of St Maryland.
Her desire is to worship God in truth and in spirit and to serve humanity all the days of her life.
She is married to her lovely husband, Arc. Emmanuel Onowighose. They are blessed with three beautiful children.
SERRAN ESI ALIMIKHENA
Vice President (Vocations)
Serran Esi Alimikhena holds a B.Sc degree in Geography and Planning Science as well as a Master’s degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. She has certificates in Fashion Designing and Culinary Course from Wavecrest College of Hospitality.
She has worked in the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria (SEC), Globacom Nigeria Limited and is currently serving as the Business Development and Operations Manager at Falzal Securities, while honing her Fashion Designing Skills. She is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and other international bodies.
She has served in the Harvest Committee of St. Agnes Catholic Church and was the Vice Chairperson for the Children’s Harvest 2019. She is currently the Assistant Secretary of Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary Association, St Agnes Maryland Centere, and was recently called to be one of the Patrons of the Catholic Youth Organisation of Nigeria (CYON) in the same Parish.
Given her interest in voluntary work in support of Priests and Religious, Serran Alimikhena joined Serra Club of Maryland in 2018 and was inducted same year. A year after her induction, she was appointed Secretary of the Planning Committee for the Dinner with Priests and Religious programme of the club, which recorded great success.
Serran Alimikhena’s commitment and delivery on that assignment, exposed her to be selected to serve as the Secretary, Serra Club of Maryland from 2020 – 2022, which she considered a great privilege to her.
She strongly believes in the propagation of the Kingdom of God here on Earth and in disposing herself, praying that God uses her as an instrument to promote His Kingdom with the use of her 3Ts. She is married and blessed with three adorable children to the Glory of God.
SERRAN GERTY OYEYINKA
Vice President (Membership)
Serran Gerty Oyeyinka hails from Uzo Uwani in Enugu State. She attended Township Primary School in Nsukka and Urban Girls Secondary School, Nsukka.
The search for higher education took her to Federal Polytechnic, Okoh, where she obtained her Ordinary National Diploma (OND) certificate in Accountancy. She attended University of Nigeria, Nsukka and earned a Bachelor of Art degree in Mass Communication. She also has an OND certificate in Computer Programming.
After her National Youth Service Corps programme, she worked in organisations like Whassan Company Ltd, Canco Foods, Whassan Eurest Ltd and Morden Business Machine. Currently, she works with AIICO Insurance Company Limited as a Sales Manager and Financial Consultant.
She is a member of Legion of Mary Society, Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary and a Charter member of Serra Club of Maryland. She has held the position of Assistant Secretary in the club and served as Vice President (Membership) briefly.
She was the Chairman, Planning Committee for the club’s flagship programme, Dinner with Priest and Religious in 2015. She was a member of the nominating committee that midwifed the club’s Board of Trustees for 2018 – 2020 board year.
She is married and blessed with a beautiful daughter.
SERRAN AYODEJI ASIGBONLUSI
Vice President (Communications)
Ayodeji Asigbonlusi hails from Ekiti State, South-West Nigeria. He was born into family of Late Sgt. Michael and Chief (Mrs) Oluwayemisi Asigbonlusi.
He started life in Lagos, where he attended Igbobi College Yaba, before proceeding to Ado-Ekiti State University, Ekiti State, where he bagged a Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
He worked in a Real Estate firm, and proceeded to earn a certificate in Estate Management. He is a consultant to Zylus Group International, a Real Estate Company and others Real Estate Firms.
Serran Asigbonlusi is married to Fayokemi and they are blessed with lovely children. He joined the Serra Club of Maryland in 2019 and was inducted as a Serran in 2021.
SERRAN IJEOMA EZEOLISAH
Secretary
Serran Ijeoma Ezeolisah was born into a Catholic home and was nurtured in the faith to become a strong Catholic faithful. She grew up seeing her mother contribute to the training of priests and religious.
Her home was an abode for the religious who always came around to see their benefactor during holidays. This inspired her interest in continuing and sustaining her mother’s legacy.
Little wonder she embraced Serra Club to give her time, talent and treasure in promoting vocations. She joined Serra Club of Maryland in September 2018 and was inducted in May 2019.
Serran Ezeolisah works in the Power Sector as a Corporate Communications expert. She is a graduate of Mass Communication and also holds other degrees in Management and Marketing. She is a member of many professional bodies.
She is happily married and blessed with lovely children.
SERRAN MORRIS IGWE
Assitant Secretary
Serran Morris Igwe is a Philosopher, Theologian, Diplomat and Strategist. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Port-Harcourt, a diploma in Computer Science from St Augustine’s College of Education Akoka-Lagos; as well as a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and Strategic Studies from the University of Lagos. He is currently a researcher at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, Lagos.
After studying philosophy and theology at the Major Seminary of the Missionary Society of St Paul (MSP), Gwagwalada-Abuja, he developed an interest in Moral Ethics. Thus, he is a lover of rational enquiry on Pro-life. He served as a board member of the Lagos Archdiocesan Tribunal Curriculum Committee on Marriage and Pro-life.
He served as a “40-Days For Life” leader in Nigeria, where he hosted and organised several prolife international conferences with leaders from various countries. In 2018, he was the Convener of the 50th Anniversary of the ‘Humanae Vitae’ international conference held at Veritas University, Abuja where priests, religious and laity reviewed the Church’s traditional teachings on contraceptives and birth control by Pope Paul VI.
Serran Morris Igwe feels delighted in joining others to foster and promote priestly and religious vocations. He joined Serra Club of Maryland in 2021 was inducted on May 8, 2022, during the 9th Serra International District 130B Nigeria Convention held at St Ferdinand’s Catholic Church, Ipaja, Lagos.
SERRAN CHINELO AMWUNAH
Financial Secretary
Serran Chinelo Anwunah studied at the Madonna University, Okija, where she obtained her B.Sc. degree in Accounting with upper credits in 2007. She distinguished herself as a corps member serving as Relationship Officer at Intercontinental Bank Plc between 2008 and 2009.
After years of honing her skills in the labour market, she felt the urge to equip herself the more and proceeded to the University of Lagos, Akoka for a career defining post graduate degree in Business Management in 2012. Early in 2021 she crowned her academic garlands with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification.
Her career path has been a steady growing trajectory of impact and responsibility. Her meticulous approach to work continues to separate her from her peers as a staff of choice in organisations and work environments, including Serra Club.
She has been a member of Serra Club of Maryland for the past six years, two of which saw her serve as Treasurer on the Board of Trustees from 2020 – 2022. Given the satisfactory, flawless teamwork between her and the Financial Secretary during the board year, there was the irresistible desire for her to remain in the finance team for more Serraphic work.
According to her, “This new position offers a vista of shared benefits for both her and the club”.
SERRAN FOLARIN AFUWAPE
Treasurer
Serran Folarin Afuwape was born into the family of John Abiodun and Agatha Adjuah Afuwape. He had his early education at Sacred Heart Convent Primary School, Ibadan and Maryland Convent Primary School, Lagos.
After his primary education, he proceeded to Government College, Ibadan, for his next phase of learning. He took his academic pursuit to the University of Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, where he obtained a Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering.
On completion of his National Youth Service Corps assignment in Ilorin, he stayed back and returned to the classroom at the University of Ilorin for a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
He joined Serra Club in 2016 and was inducted into the club in October 2017. He served the club as Chairman of the in-house Harvest Committee in 2019 and Finance Secretary 2020 – 2022. He is currently into private professional practice, running his contracting/consulting firm in Lagos.
Given the satisfactory, flawless teamwork between him and the Treasurer during the board year, there was the irresistible desire for him to remain in the finance team for more Serraphic work.
SERRAN (DR.) FELICIA EJIAH
Immediate Past President
Serran Dr. Felicia Ejiah is a Lecturer of inorganic chemistry at the University of Lagos, Nigeria. She holds a B.Sc degree in Chemistry from the University of Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria, M.Sc and Ph.D in Chemistry from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. She is a member of various International and Professional bodies.
Her interest in carrying out voluntary work, support for priests and religious made her to join Serra Club of Maryland in 2010 and became one of charter members. As a dedicated Serran, she has had the opportunity and privilege to serve the club as Treasurer (2014-2016) President-elect (2018-2020), which she did diligently to the best of her ability.
She has also served in various committees; as Chairman Harvest Committee for Serra Club in 2017, Secretary, Dinner with Priest and Religious and Chairman Food and Entertainment Committee in 2017.
Serran Felicia Ejiah is a team player, focused, dedicated both in her job and service to God and Humanity.

SERRAN (DR) CHRISTINE ADEBAJO
Serran (Dr) Christine Funke Adebajo is a Consultant Public Health Doctor. She also holds M.Sc Health Facility Planning; B.Sc Hospital Administration. She is currently the CEO of De-Bajo Specialist Hospital in Lagos, Nigeria. She is also the Chairman of Health Services Consultancy (HSC) Nig. Ltd. She was a Consultant to the World Health Organization and UNFPA (1984 – 2014). She was the Regional Focal Person on Violence Prevention and Reproductive Health.
She belongs to the prestigious club of Lions Club International. There she served as a District Governor of District 404B2. As a lion, PDG Adebajo has 33 years of unbroken service. She was the Best President of the Year 2008/2009 and best Region Chairperson of the year 2010/2011. She has chaired many District and Multiple District Committees.
She is a charter member of Serra Club of Maryland, and has been always been a part of the many success stories of the club in its programms and activities. She was appointed a trustee of Serra Club of Maryland at the commencement of the 2020-2022 board year.
SERRAN LUCKY IYARE
Serran Lucky Osaro Iyare has been an adherent of the catholic faith having been raised by parents of same faith and he is happily married. He cherishes his faith and strives and prays to remain a truly catholic Christian.
He is a charter member of Serra Club of Maryland and was the first Treasurer of the club from 2010 – 2012. He also served as the District Secretary, Serra International District 130-B Nigeria from 2015 – 2017 and the President of club from 2016 – 2018.
He is the Principal Partner of Leoconsult Associates, a civil/structural engineering firm based in Lagos to offer services in Nigeria and other West African regions.
He is an advocate of peaceful co-existence and loves just and equitable treatment of all persons irrespective of social or financial status.
SERRAN MAUREEN OZUZU
Serran Maureen Nnennna Ozuzu was born into the family of Late Mr Jerome and Mrs Cecelia Ohiaeri of Ugwuala, Umuohiri in Isiala Mbano Local Government of Imo State. She is a graduate of Food Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Imo State. She also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the prestigious Lagos Business School.
A devout Catholic, Serran Maureen Ozuzu joined Serra Club of Maryland in 2009. Since the club’s charter, she has served in various capacities including Acting Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President (Programmes) and President for the 2018 – 2020 board year.
A banker by profession with over a decade of experience in Business development and Marketing, she is happily married to Mr Kelechi Ozuzu and they are blessed with three lovely children.
SERRAN SMARTS EBHODAGHE
Club Foundation Representative
Serran Smarts Uddy Ebhodaghe rounded off his elementary education at Igun Primary School, Benin City. He then proceeded to Edokpolo Grammar School, Benin City for his secondary education. He later studied Business Administration in the University of Lagos, Akoka and Sports Management at the National Institute for Sports, Surulere, Lagos.
He practised journalism at the Edo State Broadcasting Service Radio and Television in Benin City before joining The Pointer Newspapers, published by the Delta State Printing and Publishing Company, Asaba. He is the founder/CEO of Esmas Ventures, a private sundry business enterprise that commenced operations since 1994 till date.
His interest in the work of vocations in the church made him respond to the establishment of Serra Club of Maryland in 2009. He became the pioneer secretary, later captain and eventually the Charter President of the club on June 6, 2010. After his tenure as club president, he was elected District Governor of Serra International District 130-B Nigeria for the 2015-2017 board year. He was appointed a trustee of the Club at the commencement of the 2020-2022 board year. He was later chosen as the Club Foundation Representative in Serra International Foundation.
